Grounds and Fleet Manager
I have 30 years’ experience in Construction and Maintenance. Just prior to Starting with the Agency I was self-employed at Nash Home Improvements Inc. building custom homes and remodeling. I started at the ACDSNB in 2004. I really enjoy solving problems and fixing things. Most of all I enjoy the individuals we serve. A bad day can become very good day when you get to see them and interact with them. My Hobbies are restoring old Cars/Hot Rods, Camping and Boating with my family.
Our clients live in one of our 17 Community Training Homes (CTHs). Our Administrative Building helps to supplement the residential needs of our staff and provide a convenient location for our Adult Day Program (ADP) and our Day Program Workshop. We maintain a 64 vehicle transportation fleet for clients and staff. Our maintenance team strives to provide our clients with the best housing, workplaces, and the safest vehicles at all times. Each member of our team is trained in many maintenance disciplines to ensure skills overlap and no service breaks. Our team is small, but able to handle extensive repair and maintenance challenges – from the simple changing of a tire on our fleet to home repairs.
